Im Not Sure

Im 20 years old and lately for the past 6 months have been very consistpated and when i do have to go, i get dirrahea sometimes. There is also black dots and blood dots and greenish to tanish mucas on my stool. Im not sure why but as i type my stomach is cramping like its stuck in the upper descending colon, below my stomach and its kind of painful.

You should check out with your Doctor and go for some tests to make the diagnosis. The alternate diarrhoea and constipation and stomach cramps can be because of sub-acute obstruction, or bowel infection, ulcers etc. Stool examination, ultrasound scan of the abdomen and if necessary a colonoscopy may be done.
