Possible fecal impaction. (Sorry I can't find correct community)

Im 22. female. I had a sickness bug a week and a half ago. to battle the diahhrea or however you spell it. I took some Imodium type tablets. The packet said you can take up to six within 24 hours. I took 3 in about 5 hours. it stopped the diahhrea. I didn't have any bowel movements for about 5 days. My tummy was so bloated! And felt like I couldn't pass a big stool. So thought I'd wait for it to go soft?  I took laxative and I went to the loo. Just small pieces. Still felt like there was something big and that perhaps things were just passing it.  I did two enemas . One water and one water with olive oil. Loads of stuff came out. Some small to average size pieces.  My lower abdomen hurts today. Hurts a little to move and laugh. I'm not in agony at all. And I have no urge to poo. Am I being paranoid that there is still something there? why am I in pain and why when I sit on the loo do I feel pressure? I do have really minor hemeroids.    Sorry this is so gross it's just really worrying me:( when I insert my finger fully it is clean and smells ok. Also I have a fairly normal appetite.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First of all increase the fiber amount in your diet. The best natural sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Eat a diet rich in fiber, especially from fruits and vegetables and eat slowly and chew you food well. You may even add bulk forming agents like salads, bananas etc or psyllium husk to your diet. Do not use over the counter laxatives like Senna. If the symptoms persist then you may need osmotic laxatives like polyethylene glycol PEG or miralax after your doctor’s prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
