Since 2007 I have noticed off and on small amounts of bright red blood on the toilet paper and at times in my stool. It never is "a lot" and only is seen in the stool when examined. Needless to say I am pretty scared right now. But here is my question. 3 weeks ago I had blood tests done, and if god forbid I had cancer would my red or white blood cell count be off? Or would there be something else to tell the doctor something may be wrong?
I do not have abdominal pain or anything else, except for what feels like a burning sensation at time. I am 32 with no fmaily hostory of colon or bowel cancer.
