what could cause fresh blood with no pain in the toilet bowl

I have anal fissure recently and when I go #2, there blood on my tissues and blood bright red drops to the toilet bowl, but I do feel pain cuze i'm consipitate (spelling)..
you do feel pain though if it anal fissure, but since you say you have no pain, you need to check it out, maybe hermoirroid, those don't cause much pain compare to anal fissure.
