can i take a antidiarrea pil such as imodium (immodium) ad after refersal of an ileostomy

Yes. After my ileostomy reversal I took immodium occasionally for a few months. It helped a bit. It takes time for your system to return to "normal" so don't worry too much. You will get control back - just be patient.
