radiotherapy options- on IGRT machine or Cyberknife

Dear Sir

My younger sister, who is 37 years of age has been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma rectum. She hasalready been operated upon on 10th of Nov 2008.
Her hispathology report reads as----

Moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma rectum (grade 2/3). Tumour is polypoid with rolled out margins. size 3.2cmx3cmx1cm. infiltrating into
muscularis propria but not through it. the serosa and pericolic fat are free of tumour. (all margins proximal distal as well as circumferential are free
of free of tumour). occasional lymphatic emboli are seen.no vascular invasion noted. adjoining mucosa show a unremarkable morphology. one out of the 18
regional lymphnodes show metastatic carcinoma

Chemo Drugs

Cap Aprecap -125mg on day one
                   - 80mg on day 2 and 3

Groniset- 3mg
       IVF   in 100n.s day 1
      
Dexona    24mg
   IVF    in 100ml n.s day 1

Dacotin  130mg IVF in 5 % Dext on day 1 over 2 hours

Leucovorin  350mg  IVF in 100ml n.s day 1 over 30min

5 F.u.   700mg IVF in 100ml n.s day 1 over 30 min

5 FU     2200mg IVF in 40n.s. over 44 hours in infusion pump
             (2ml per hour)

Her doctor has advised radiotherapy. Kindly guide on the following points:


-  Is Cyberknife an effective treatment to treat colon/ rectosigmoid CA?
-   How many patients of colon / recto sigmoid have been treated with cyber knife? Any contact numbers?
-   How is cyber knife better than IGRT / IMRT radiation?
-   What are the side effects of Cyber knife v/s IGRT / IMRT radiation?
