4 point fusion of the wrist

Hello, I just had this procedure done on dec.2 2011. The cast finally came off on jan 30,2012.I got fitted for a split cast that i can take off to shower and also let the wrist breath. I am starting hand threopy on monday feb 6. I am looking forward to this next chapter.Is there any natural suppliments for soft tissue and bone that i can take to help the healing process

I suggest 227 mg of strontium citrate per day to start. And it’s always best to work with an experienced practitioner. Take it in the evening, and at least three to four hours away from any calcium, as they interfere with each other’s absorption.
