Hello,
I am taking Heperin blood thinner. Can I take this with it to wean myself off the Heperin?

I am confused! what is it you want to take?
I'm on Warfarin and i do take various supplements to help with the blood thinning so as not to be on larger mg. of Warfarin. You have to do your own investigation with caution on what works!! Please don't ask me what   supplements I take or the list of various supplements that can thin your blood
because just like with prescription drugs every person doesn't take the same
Rx. Unless you know what you're doing and even then it's not a100% guarantee.

Can you take what with it?  

In general, patients on heparin should not experiment with supplements without their doctor's approval.  Supplements can be great, but they aren't as exact in their dosing as a drug like heparin, and doctors don't know much about them.
