High sgpt its cause and treatmen

my triglycerides is 1.50 while my sgpt is 73 kindly tell me the cause if these and its treatment?

Triglycerides are often the result of eating hydrogenated vegetable oil.  The second is usually the result of something else that's up with your liver, so you need to find out what that is.  If there is something up with your liver, that also can help explain cholesterol problems, since the liver is responsible, along with the gall bladder, of handling fat in the system.
