Kidney Function Enzyme Elevation

I have recently been diagnosed as having
elevated Kidney Function Enzymes. THe Dr. was very concerned, and contacted my Primary
Dr.
  I had another blood test 6 days later for unrelated problems. My tests showed a great increase in the elevation. The nurse called my DR. He had me make an office appt. for the
earliest time I could be there.
  The office is closed for Thanksgiving until Mon.
my appt. is for 8am.
I want to know WHAT I CAN DO!!
