Kidney problem
I have a kidney problem. Last year my eGFR is 39.6 now is 34. My blood pressure is always normal as I am taking Atacand 16mg. a day. I am not taking other medicine aside from my multivitamin. I have a low protein, potassium and sodium diet. I cannot understand why it deteriorated that very fast. Both of my kidneys are damaged. What am I gonna do now as the doctors said I need only cut downs of food. Is there any way of stopping this fast damaged? Am I gonna drink more water as I have always dry mouth during the night when I am asleep?
