I have had no heart attacks or stokes.  Have only 20% of my heart working. Have an appointment Monday to talk about getting a stent,  I don't want one. Have been told I could die without. one,

Isn"t there something else I can do?????

We're not doctors here, just people like you.  We don't know why you say only 20% of your heart is working, but that's a desperate situation if accurate.  Way beyond those of us on here.

Wow.  People with cancer or kidney failure or liver failure or spinal stenosis would be THRILLED if all they needed was a stent.  You must not understand what it is and how it will help you if you don't want one.
