Pain After Cupping

I visited an accupunturist for the first time. I am having problem with my neck and upperback. Its painful due to repetitive stress. She did cupping and I felt immense pressure in two cups that she applied on the region that was more affected. It pained bad when she tried to move cups around. the cups were not moving easily.
The area is paining now. Its achy without me touching it and pains a lot when I touch it.

Do you think that she did something incorrect or that I didnt react to the cupping. I heard good things about accupuncture and hence went to try it. However, it doesnt seem to have worked as yet for me.

Please suggest what should I do to help with the pain.

Did you have any acupuncture done?? Or just the cupping?  Did it bruise you?

Have you tried chiropractic for your neck and back alignment?
