Regarding a good CQ10 that does not have soy in it.

I have a question regarding CoQ10. I know how very important it is and I want to continue taking it, but, I am concerned about the gel caps. You see, I have a big time allergy to Soy, and I noticed that soy oil is in the gel caps. The company I take it from is by "Jarrow" my Naturopath told me to get it from there, however, I think she forgot my soy sensitivity. I know the gel far exceeds the powder form, but, how I can I get a good dose of CQ10 without the soy. I am supposed to take 100 mg  3 times a day.

HMMMM, this is depressing, I have been searching and searching and I can NOT find any brand of the Co gel that does NOT have soy in it. I am wondering now what to do? I think the powder form is a waste of time. Guess I will have to continue taking what I have and put up with the occasional tummy aches. Dang it.

Yippeee, I lied, I just found a source through Vitacost. It is by Natures Way and it is 100 mg. Looks good to me, so, I have booked marked it to order. Here is the link, please let me know what you think.

I found another source too, but man, they were expensive, they were 70.00 for 60 softgels, it was from a soy free company, that is too spendy for me.
