Salt therapy

Can anybody share experience of using the Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy or speleotherapy. This experience could be negative or positive.

In what capacity are you talking and the reason?  You have to be extremely careful when using salt.

Laura, I didn't get your point. The capasity of inhaled salt should strictly depend on the lung function, severity of disorders etc. And yes, being careful with the salt is important as with any other medicine. I have a web page describing the method of Salt therapy but I think publishing it here is not allowed (can be treated as an ad)....
