I do not mean to sound insensitive when I say this, but I think a helpful suggestion might be to go ahead and write in your own language first, then try to write the same thing in English underneath.

This is not meant to be mean or disrespectful.  The majority of the people on the site read and write in English, except for the Spanish language forums.  I am only thinking that you might get a faster response if you can try my suggestion.  I do hope you can find someone who can answer your question in your own language on this site, but I'm concerned that you may have to wait a very long time to get an answer.  Can you try my suggestion, just so you don't have to wait too long?

So, my suggestion is to write your question in your own Indian language first, then underneath you would write an English translation the best you can.
