how can i develop my hemoglobin?

sir,i have very less hemoglobin.my hieght and weight are normal.i have an aim of applying job in defence sector.i am very poor student.can u provide me the solution with low cost.

The iron in meat (heme iron) is better absorbed than the iron from plants (non-heme iron).
Lean red meat 3X a week may  restore healthy iron levels over 2 - 3 months. Other iron-rich foods include leafy green vegetables such as spinach or kale, raisins, prunes, apricots and eggs.

two supplements: Solgar’s Gentle Iron 2 - 3 caps a day or Floradix Herbs Plus Iron, a pricier but effective tonic from Germany,  2 - 3 portioned servings a day.
Take iron with vitamin C (a small glass of OJ)  Do not take at the same time with thyroid medication, vitamin E, calcium or zinc — they interfere with absorption.
Have your ferritin checked in 2 months. Too much iron is harmful.
You may suffer symptoms from iron deficiency but not be anemic. Have your serum ferritin checked. If it’s below 20, consider a supplement for 2 - 3 months, then have your ferritin checked again.

Before attempting any intervention you require a medical evaluation to determine the etiology (mechanism and cause) of the lowered hematocrit (which is what I believe you are referring too). There are many kinds of anemias and also life-threatening diseases in which erythrocytes are not being produced by the body.  You might be suffering from hemorrhoids or internal bleeding. An occult stool sample is necessary. Because such diseases may be treated at earlier stages before they cause death, it is important for a physician to rule out this possibility.

Only at that point should you be considering self-medication with supplements. It is not quite so simple as "taking iron pills".

And iron is iron, it's certainly not more available from animal than from plant forms.  Floradix, the supplement mentioned, is widely regarded as the most well absorbed iron supplement, and it's all plant source.  What's even more interesting is chlorophyll, which has virtually the same structure as hemoglobin and the body takes it in as such, so it's even more direct for that problem than iron supplements.  Extremely high chlorophyll foods include wheat grass, barley grass, and spirulina, but you can also just take chlorophyll.  I agree with caregiver, though, one does need to know why first, since this is so important to health, but I'm assuming you've seen a physician already or else how would you know you're low on it?  Good luck.

Eat green vegetables and do kapalbhati pranayam for 15 minutes daily.Your metabolism will be better and help to increase the iron. Your blood cells will carry more oxygen, when you do kapalbhati.  
Kapalbhati pranayam-(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 15 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
