pain need some advice

when iset up in a chair my thumb and fingers go numb on left my neck and left shoulder hurts real bad almost like heart attack can anyone tell me what is wrong i have alot of issuses with my back to. i get 4 norco 10's aday and 5 800 neurontin a day dont help what meds do i need

Sounds like a pinched nerve from your disc problems.
