I think you just need a doctor, not a urologist -- they're for the internal urinary tract when you're regular doc can't diagnose or treat that kind of problem. So if it's bothering you, go see your primary care physician and get a diagnosis. If you need a specialist, you can then get a referral, probably to a dermatologist but my guess is the primary doc can help you. This can save you a lot of money, as specialist can be expensive depending on your insurance!
