i'm after a good water filter for my drinking water. now a dr had mentioned drinking bottled water because it won't have copper in it.
i have seen a reverse osmosis filter - but is water from this kind of filter suitable for drinking?
more to the point, what water filter will remover copper? i have read that water filters that remove copper only remove copper for an initial time. the only one that'll do it is the reverse osmosis filter.
(what's a water purifier? do i need one of those?)
i dont really mind cost - i do need it to be long-term and simple maintenance and available consumables... i will probably be able to install it myself. any ideas? %)
