Complete-rf the root canal and placed a temporary filling in the tooth. Today I went to my general dentist to get the permanent filling in the root canaled tooth. The general dentist told me that the tooth had
brokenBroken bone
Broken or knocked out tooth in half in the interim and would now have to be removed, at an additional cost.
The endodontist never told me that the tooth could break in the interim or even that I should be careful with it. In fact, he specifically told me that I did not have to avoid chewing on that side.
Shouldn't the endodontist refund all/part of the $1,000 that I paid him given this circumstance?
