Bumps on oropharynx

Hello;
For sometime now I have had a couple of (skin-colored) bumps on my oropharynx. When I eat food, small pieces seem to get stuck, Big pieces seem to pass ok. I'm scared to take any pills because they give me the sensation of them being stuck in my throat; which causes me to have a panic attack. I have the sensation to keep swollowing but the saliva seems to get stuck. I dont believe that its acid reflux because I can see the bumps and Maloxx doesn't help. Could these bumps be cancer? I need help!
