Dentures

My husband is 57, is a Type 2 diabetic, has congestive heart failure, esrd (dialysis), mechanical aortic valve and is also on a pacemaker.  His teeth are in very bad shape, with several that are broken or chipped.  With all of his medical issues, is it wise to remove all teeth and place dentures?

You should consult with his cardiologist, if any premedication is needed. If there is an open source of bacterial infection stemming from the mouth it is advisable to clear that due to your husbands medical conditions. But after consultation with his cardiologist.
