GUM Decay???

A month ago i had a tongue piercing, i took it  out within a week because of symptoms. Around the front of my bottom incisor teeth on the inside gum lining was white....Not too noticeable tho. I knew they were infected but unfortunately my parents didnt take me to the doctor until 3 weeks later..Within that 3 weeks i had also noticed those teeth were slightly slightly loose...nothing like a loose tooth but was capable of movement and also that after the second week i had diareah.The doctor subscribed to me 500MG tablets evey six housrs for ten days and some lidocaine viscous 2% to be applied orally. Now today is the 6th day since ive been appyin g thte medicine and my diareah is still here and the the white aroung the inside incisor gum line is still there.. Does the medicine need more time or am i right about thinking that i should be seeing more of  a difference now on the 6th day and that this is perhaps the work of some worser ailment. ps id also like to add that 2 days ago they seemed irritated until i started gargling with hrdrogen peroxide and now they arent irritated anymore and that my upper insisor teeth(the 2 identical ones) the one on the right i am able to slightly see an imprint as if the gum dat was right there had somewhat receded....PLEASE HELP
