HELP!

my dentist put a temporary bridge in my mouth 8 months ago-and I just found out that it is not seated properly anywhere. There is a major infection under the whole bridge and everything has turned to mush--pus is coming out of my eye and I look like I have a black eye!   I also had appendicitis a few months ago.Is there a link between dental infections and appendicitis?
