Need wisdom tooth extraction

I am a 23 year old college graduate and I need a wisdom tooth extraction. I can not afford medical insurance of any kind and I am ineligible for Medicaid/Medicare. My bottom left 3rd moral is trying to come in but there is no room for it. It frequently gets infected and my mouth and gums swell so that I can not even chew food. The pain is intense and I am losing sleep as a result. What can I do about the pain/infection on my own and also where can I receive free or discounted treatment?

Dental school probably costs you much less than private dentist.
