Prosthetic terapy

Hello,
I am sending you a doctor's report of my  boyfriend after his latest, the fourth in a row surgery in the same area.He has only 24 years so please be so kind and tell us the best solution for the situation described.
We know that some of the options are an implant or fixed bridge, but as we are talking about frontal incisors 31 and 32 that have been repeatedly submited to invasive surgery we are interested in options that require less surgery, if possible.
If you need more information I have scanned all reports from 2001. with a pair of X-ray pictures that i can send  you. Once again I ask you for your valued opinion, since we have read already  so much, and he has  suffered so many that we  really do not know what else to do.
Sincere thanks

Your descriptions suggest that teeth#31 and 32  are indicated for extraction. It appears that you are concerned about whether implant or conventional fixed bridge is utilized to replace missing teeth. If performed optimally, both treatment plans  can give you satisfactory outcome. However, if the alignment of lower front teeth are normal, implant prosthesis may not provide best cosmetic result.Consultation with a prosthodontist is advised.
