Root Canal gone wrong

by tweedy2, Nov 05, 2009 03:38AM
I got a root canal done by a dentist 8 yrs. ago while he was working on my tooth I heard him say to the dental assistant no,this is supose to be warm not cold.and then using the tool cold anyways. I took exceptional care of it afterwards not chewing on it at all and it lasted 7 yrs and broke off eating a soft sandwich.Plus the dentist had alcohal (alcohol) on his breath.my question is could I have sued him for this sloppy job he did on my #10 tooth or can I still sue him.

Unfortunately, it happened 8 yrs. ago, so I doubt if you have a case. Sorry!
