UNusual front tooth

by Rhos, Nov 07, 2009 11:17AM
hello, I am 16 years old and my right front tooth is slightly slower growing then my other front tooth. It was slow growing out as an adult tooth and my baby front tooth didn't come out until i was ten or eleven. Because of that delay it is slightly slower at growing and is still short compared to my other tooth. My other worry is that I am also missing a tooth that should be next to my right front tooth but instead there is a canine as on the left side of my mouth it is normal. I think because of the delay of my right front tooth i sort of think that my actually front tooth is missing and that the other tooth has took it's place. Is this possible. I have seen dentist but they haven't said anything about it and i am going again on Monday to a new dentist and hopefully they know what is wrong. I hope you understand this case as i don't think ive explained good. But I hope it's some sort of symptom. Thanks, Rhosyn.
