bad pain please help

1 got a crown put on about 2 months ago. In the gum between the crown and front tooth i have a pain when i floss.  When i had the temp cap on i got an infection in the same area. well now its starting to hurt again. what could be the cause of this. it was fine after the infection went away i brush floss and use mouth wash everyday.

I was also wondering if an impacted wisdom tooth can cause sinus and ear pain/infections? I am having horible sinuse ear pain om ny left side and that is the side where my wisdome toothe is impacted

Is the contact between the crown and the tooth light? (does the floss glide easily or snaps?) If the contact is light you might be getting to much food impaction. The other reason could be that you are flossing to hard and cutting into your gums.

Impacted teeth are known to cause a lot of referred pain. Schedule to have them removed. But sinus ear pain could be also stemming from something else....maybe you also should see your MD for evaluation.
