black tooth and infected gums

Hi my nephew of 3 yrs old bumped his front tooth a few ago and now the tooth is black and the upper gums are swollen, bleeding and the tooth has pus on the back. what can we do about it and how long does it take to heal up?

Please take your dentist to a highly trained dentist asap. If the tooth color had changed that means there is bleeding in the tooth and the tooth needs baby tooth root canal, if puss is coming out means there is infection and you do not want the bone around these teeth to get destroyed and you do not want the teeth next to it get damaged. I would be more than happy to refer you to someone in your area.
