cracked tooth #3

was diagnosed with a cracked tooth (number 3)  root canal ws performed-hot cold sensation ceased-but can not bite down without having pain.  MB2 HAD THREE ROOTS and a fourth could not be detected. Endodonist says she will redo-but says it isn't a failed procedure- but is willing-why could I behaving pain and inabiliy to put pressure on that tooth? Temporary crown was ground so no touching surface-to at leat alleviate that.



Endodonist says either ned to live with pain and not eating ont hat side or have tooth out.  She said the crack looked sufercial-but must be opening when applying pressure-opinion is greatly appreciated
