I had a porcelain crown on my upper right tooth.but it came out even when my dentist have re cemented it using permanent cement but it is not working too long  what should i do??

This might have to do with the retention of the crown or your bite. So you may need a procedure called crown lengthening, the preparation of the tooth might need to be changed, the type of the procelain to be changed and if you are eligible to have bonded crowns vs. cemented crowns, or even have root canals and posts or going to a further step, having implants done and remove the tooth if there is very little healthy tooth structure is remaining.
Or it could have to do with your bite. I would suggest visiting a properly trained dentist to have this situation evaluated to figure out the right options for you,
