i have abscess in my nose because of tooth decayed

Dear Dentist...good day! I want to ask I have abscess sometimes formed a small circle then fleak out with abscess and blood..then its smell tooth decayed ..I have a tooth decayed but inside of teeth that retain.It is started a years...about the symptoms..esp.abscess in my nose..

it might have been cause by the decayed tooth,,
go to a dentist and have it treated,
prolonging it may cause the abscess to move into
other tissues and much worse in the jaw :)
