The screw that protects the implant from bacteria and food has come out from what you are describing. This would cause food and bacteria to go inside the implant and can cause infection or failure of the implant. Gum tissue can grow over and inside the screw hole as well, which can make the next step procedures more complicated. So, go in asap, take the screw with you also, have xrays taken, and put the screw back on. Also, you would want to have the crowns placed over the implants soon (yesterday). The reason being, that these implants are not being used now since there is no tooth over them. As a result, the bone will not exercise and this could affect the longevity of the implant once you get the crowns on it.
