my bridge has come loose

Hi
I lost my front teeth in an accident and one year ago, I got crown and bridge put instead of removable denture. But now, the right side of the bridge has come loose while the left side is intact. I fear that the supporting tooth underneath may decay. I don't know what I am supposed to do. Can a dentist pull out the bridge without hurting the other tooth and fix it again, or I have to wait until both sides come loose?
Thanks
