Does this sound reasonable? Is the tingling a good prognostic sign? Should i have her remove the implant? On average, would time line do you see based on my symptoms?
Hi Patty,
The tingling is a good sign. I would ask the surgeon to take a CT scan of the lower jaw if it does not go away soon. At times, they may need to just turn the implant out by 1/4 of a turn and this will go away if it is a nerve impingement. If not, yes, the swelling can cause this.
