I had 10 teeth pulled on the bottom on Wednesday. I am still in extreme pain in my gums on the front. Is this normal? How long does tooth extractions normally hurt bad?

10 teeth are a lot.....and only has been 4 days. Just follow the post op instructions. It may take up to 1.5 week.
