can wisdom teeth make you rerally sick and what are the signs if any.

Can you elaborate on really sick? What kind of symptoms are you having?

the symptoms are teeth hurt, vomiting, mucsles hurt in stomach it has been going and going for a week and a half and i know my wisdom teeth should have been taken out about 5 yrs ago. and when i brush my teeth it is a reddish brown color. ican i feel like this because of my wisdom teeth

This sounds serious and you should seek immediate dental attention. In dentistry there are very few things that come even close to life threatening. Infected teeth are one of the few things that are life threatening. Human mouth bacteria are vicious and deadly if they enter the body and blood stream. Just talk to any ER doctor and they will tell you that human bites in trauma cases are treated much more seriously then animal bites. The point being an infection in the mouth can spread to the brain and heart and lead to death. My advice is not to fool around here, you were informed that these teeth should have been out 5 years ago. You mention blood on your tooth brush... what would you guess is going on.... infection entering the blood stream, very dangerous.
