tooth and throat pain

by Citizen T, Oct 30, 2009 08:49AM
Ever since 6 months ago when I had a large filling on the upper right molar, 2nd from back filled, my tooth has ached to some degree.  It got alot better for a couple months, now it's back and is quite uncomfortable.  I was told there was nothing left to drill and this time I'd need a crown.      But my question iiis also about my THROAT.   I have also been feeling this HORRIBLE pain all down in the right side of my throat over and down well past the tonsil,  but my throat looks very normal.   Can this also be coming from the toothache?       I also don't have much money and was wondering if a simple extraction would fix this nightmare also?   This is the tooth most directly connected ot the maxillary sinus.
