          its kind of 1st case, i've encountered with.5 days back i extracted lower rt 3rd molar under antibiotic coverage cefixime 200mg BD. after 3 days pt called me nd complained about pain. i gave her tb Myospasz forte twice daily. after 2 days today she visited office.she haspain upon injection site IMN block.enlarged, tender,stiff rt submandibuler area.difficulty in protruding d tongue. what it is?

It sounds like a hematoma in the muscle tissue from too many injections. It is not an uncommon possibility of third molar ext. Just keep her on Anti-inflamatories, suggest moist heat massages from outside, and hot/warm saltwater compress of the area from inside the mouth.. it will take a week or so but it will resolve.
