I had a deep cleaning done on the bottom right so two days later i got swelling under the chin,sometimes pain in ear and i also got a bump under the tongue which as cause a sore throat to swallow i could barely eat and talk because of the sore throat and the bump. What i'm taking is metronidazole and clymadycin can i use Peroxyl mouth rinse. Will the bump under the tongue go away?

This is usually a sign of infection, so I would go and check and see where the infection is coming from, if it is from the teeth or the gums, just to be on the safe side.
