by seekingadvice48, Feb 23, 2009 02:06PM
Hi, I'm 27 years old....I have been masturbating obsessively since I was a Teen. Unfortunately now a have premature ejaculation and a soft (weak) erection. I started noticing this like one month ago. I have stopped this behavior of masturbating. Is this something my body will recover by just stop masturbating??....I wanna get married and have a normal sex life......but this problem of weak erection and premature ejaculating is depressing me a lot. Need to fix this ASAP. Please Help!!! what´s your advice to me. Thank you in advanced.

You have not damaged your body by masturbating.  Sexual response changes with normal fluctuations, some medications (any changes here ?), and emotional factors like guilt and depression.  I suggest you just give it some time.  If a couple of months more does not do the trick, get a general medical checkup to rule out physical factors.  The step after that would be to get help with any emotional issues.
