This probably has nothing to do with this forum but it's a medical question..

ok, I have no idea if this is a medical condition or not but here's the problem.

My brother is 31, when he was about 5 years old he had a siezure that completely set him back in time, meaning he had to relearn everything from scratch. Everything.. He had to learn how to walk at age 5. The result is now he's 31 and acts like he's a teenager.

That's the back story. Now here's the problem. Everytime someone complains they have somethin wrong with them, I.E my grandmother says her knees hurt, he turns around and says his knees hurt.
If my aunt says she's having trouble seeing, he needs to go to the eye doctor and check his eyes out..

Is this a medical condition? Or could this be a result of the seizure he had? Or is he just being dramatic.. I need to know. It's not a huge problem, but for years I thought he was just being dumb about things, and I realize if it's a medical condition I want to help him out. Thank you.

Sounds like a boundary problem, could go with immaturity generally.  Seizures are not my area so not clear if it can be specific to them.
