consistent panic attacks

i get pain on my left hand side, and at the same time it feels cold when i touch it, at that point i get panic attacks,  been to the doctor many times, was told nothing is wrong with me, need help what to do?
have i got phsychological problem?

Sorry to hear about the problem.  I'm not sure about the pain and cold feeling.  If there is no medical basis for them,you could be experiencing emotional pain through your body.  Feelings of coldness can go with depression.  Either way the panic attacks alone are reason to seek professional help.  Anxiety is the most common reason people get therapy and it is usually very treatable.

The Term "Emotional Pain" is very interesting to me. As one who has suffered with Anxiety/Panic attacks/Depression for quite some time, I get pain, or odd symptoms all the time. they come on fast. often go away fast as well. it becomes a cycle.
