Can excessive masterbation (masturbation) leed to some chemical imbalance that would cause skin bumps and breakouts in different places on the body?

Absolutely not other than maybe some skin tenderness from friction on your penis. It is also not clear what is excessive masturbation as different people at different ages have very different needs.
