could casturation help in the cure of red scrotum syndrome. My father has dealt with disease for 10 years now and it starting to affect his mind due to lack of sleep. He has went to numerous and various doctors all with no success.

I'm very glad you wrote in.  Red scrotum syndrome is a very familiar problem.  Castration is absolutely the wrong way to go.  I will assume he has tried the best conventional medical approaches which sometimes work but sometimes do not.  The problem is that while the condition is physical, it is often triggered by emotional stressors.  I have seen several patients where sexual conflicts, either what the person did or failed to do sexually or even was thinking about doing, created  emotional turmoil that showed itself physically.

As these guys were able to discover what the underlying issue was, and also learned biobehavioral techniques like imaging and hypnosis to change their bodies, this combination solved the problem.
