Angioplasty -- Pros and Cons

I have been doing a lot of reading on angioplasty, stents and heart disease and am finding a lot of conflicting information. I would really like to start a discussion documenting the pros and cons of these treatment methods.
I came across a local web site that seems to articulate a pro position but would love a professional's feedback.
