Any supplements to help raise EF?

Hi members,

I am a 32 year old male, recently diagnosed with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy with an EF<27%. I had 3 blocked arteries, 100%, 90% & 80% when diagnosed, got stents in the 80% & 90% ones. There also is a presence of clots inside the heart (one layered & others) with both parts of the Left & Right Ventricles affected.

Currently I am on Dytor, Ramipril, Apixaban, Carvedilol, eplerenone, plavix, trivedon, ecosprin digoxin & ivabradine.

I was reading a lot about CoQ10 as a supplement to help increase the EF. Does anybody have any experience with it? Is there something else as well that I should consider?

Hi ,
There is a book called The heart failure recovery plan by j randal walker , you can see all the chapters on you tube , or you can get it from amazon around 6 pounds. He says coq10 is the most important one but he lists all the useful supplements as well. Its worth reading or watching on you tube
Take care
Andrew
