CHF, dizziness, and now Afib

I was dx w/CHF in 2014. I've had 3 heart attacks & my ef was about 15 about 6 months ago. I don't take any cardiac med w/the exception nitrostat when needed bcuz I also have ALS.  The 2 illnesses r completely unrelated according to the Drs I saw at Mayo, Hopkins & NIH.But for that reason I dont take any medications for the heart failure.as of lately during my last echo I was told that I now also have Afib. The  Dr there said that with my age & my ef that my prognosis was not good which is fine I am just curious about a few things and thought that maybe I could get some answers here.My question is, recently I have been getting angina below my left rib cage &  dizzy spells even right now (and my blood pressure is fine) that stop my train of thought. I also get pounding & fluttering in my chest then today the strangest thing happened I started getting a sharp pain in my foot that went up leg (and obviously i wasn't walking lol ) l asked fellow ALS Pts about this & none of them had it so the pain is probably being caused by the Peripheral Arteries being clogged. I Guess what i'm wondering is if anyone else gets these symptoms & what do they mean? Pls dont b afraid to answer bcuz of the ALS just forget its there I only put it bcuz in the past when i have posted things ppl get hung up on me not taking meds for this and i've even been told not to give up bcuz I am in hospice. and i understand y they said that that is y i am mentioning it now but again pls remember that the two things r not related. Thank u for taking ur time to read this. -Chad
